We are a real estate agency firm specializing in Residential Sales, Letting and Property Management with in-house Valuers and Auctioneers.Our service is client focussed and our mission is not commission but repeat sales and referrals,which is why we discount our fee by half if we don't deliver in 60 days of listing. Our attitude towards non-perfomance commission discounts will change the landscape of the South African property industry.

We offer a fully virtual marketing service, working in direct partnership with different “foot soldiers” to create a nationwide proprty network to achieve a fast and effective solution to our clients' property needs.Our position as catalysts is clear in that we only take 5% commission if our performance yields positive results in 60 days, if not, we only take 2.5% resulting in a total saving of 5% in commission.

These cuts in earnings and higher advertising costs are not easy to balance, but our main aim is not to make a quick buck, but to take responsibility and share in the emotional stress caused by opportunity loss and to develop a culture of more-for-more & less-for-less in the real estate agency industry.If an agent is not worth his salt,why pay more for less?
